The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Istanbul. The rooms are spacious but show signs of wear and tear. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful staff. I stayed at this hotel in a very nice part of town, and it was one of the best on my list. The rooms were very clean and quite big, offering a comfortable stay. The service was fantastic, with extremely kind and helpful staff, especially Mr Ahmed and Emre. The location was perfect, central to all the tourist attractions with easy access to transportation. The dining experience was good but not exceptional. Overall, a great choice for a stay in the city.
The stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, located at the top of the building with a beautiful view and a small balcony, were initially dirty on check-in with dust and remains of previous guests. The staff, though occasionally grumpy, managed to be extremely helpful in answering questions and providing recommendations for local amenities. The location was excellent, being near attractions like the Galata Tower and various dining options, but the dining experience was a bit lacking. Overall, the stay offered a blend of great views and helpful staff with some room for improvement in cleanliness and dining options.
